You may use aura only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You are responsible for your account, your connected services, your workspace activity, and ensuring you have rights to the content you submit or connect.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the product except where prohibited by law, or use aura to violate third-party rights or applicable regulations.

aura is a software service that may evolve over time. Features, connectors, workflows, and availability may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time.

Outputs may depend on third-party systems and user-provided context. You are responsible for reviewing actions, summaries, and workflow results before relying on them.

Paid subscriptions, implementation fees, usage-based charges, and any other payments made for aura are final and non-refundable. By purchasing the service, you agree that all sales are final and that no refunds, credits, or prorations will be issued unless Teakwood LLC states otherwise in writing.

Charges may appear on bank or card statements as TEAKWOOD or AURAPRO. You are responsible for keeping payment details current and paying all fees, taxes, and charges associated with your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aura is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind. Teakwood LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we discontinue the service.
